Northern Tower, part III

Ok, I saw some really sweet tower by +MonkeyBlood Design some time ago and I just had to ask if he could do a tower of mine to! He agreed and I have no words for how good he actually executed this! I knew he was good but this time I bealive he outdid himself, this is more than good!

Now the question is how I am gonna do something with my tower that really make his suberb work actually count the most, something like this can't be wasted on something mediocre! Man, this is like winning the lottery without knowing what to do with the winnings and all that is done is not gonna meet up to the standards! Heh, exagerating a little maybe but what the hell. This easter has really started out with a bang! (Some other factors to)

+matt jackson made me a really good map to but I can't show that off yet cause it is gonna be used in my next session. You may maybe have a look at it over at his place soon, and at this place in a near future.

PS. I must say sorry to everyone that I owe illustrations and I have yet to deliver but I am swamped with a big S and reside to hiding under the desk avoiding the questionmarks! But do not kill me just yet, I will do my best to make it still! ;)

Under: The first expedition. Dungeon One.

Our adventurers of the first expedition cleared their first dungeon this past friday. Hence can I now share it here for all yer pleasure.

The dungeon is placed beneath the burnt out ruins of an old mansion. Part of the mansions cellar are included into the natural caves of the evil druidic occult order of kidnappers that inhabit them.

I used the d30 adventure generator for the plot and stuff and I must say I am a big fan of the D30 stuff out there.

Under: Rosbacka Gård, våning 1

"Livet var bara sommar och sol och kärleken flödade likt floder av vin. Den unge nobla mannen och sin nyblivna fru flyttade in i sina drömmars hem. En vacker gård längst uppe på kullen i Teirums Ro. Skördarna av druvor var överflödiga och allt var salig lycka och ingenting kunde gå fel i denna saga. Men det som inte fick hända hände, för all lycka tar ju slut till sist. Den unga fruns plötsliga död var bara början på slutet för Rosbacka gård. Den unge nobla mannen hade ej något att leva för och även om han stannade ett tag på gården och möjligen försökte göra ett sista tappert försök att driva verksamheten så var det så halvhjärtat att det var dömt att misslyckas.

Han tog det allra nödvändigaste och packade sin kärra, gav order om att gården skulle stängas för gott och bommas igen tills den dagen han skulle återvända. Den dagen skulle aldrig komma.

Nu 20 år senare anlände ett sällskap till Teirums Ro." 

Rosbacka Gård har stått utan så mycket tillsyn under 2 decennier och är på gränsen till rivninsobjekt. Gräset är vildvuxet, färgerna flagnade, brädorna slitna, glasrutorna krossade, taket läcker och troligen 100 andra småfel och stora man kan hitta om man tittar efter.

A. Entrén Vildvuxet gräs kring verandan som går längst med hela framsidan av huvudbyggnaden. De stora fönstren runt med huset är halvt igenbommade och slitna. Den stora porten var vacker och dekorerad en gång i tiden men har grånat och den snitsiga klockan man kunde ringa i har rostat och fungerar ej längre.

B. Stora hallen Två stora trappor leder upp till en balkong som går uppe längst med hela hallen. Räcket på balkongen saknar många pinnar och verkar livsfarlig att luta sig mot. Tacksamt att det inte lever en barnfamilj här. Några övertäckta dammiga tavlor längst med väggarna.

Far from done but you are starting to see the village of Teirums Ro.  Starting from top on the hill Lie Rosen Hill Vineyard, the starting position of our local Necromancer hero in the "First Expedition of Under" adventure. Hopefully the players recognice the place and even figure out the diffrent locations they have encountered so far. The magasine down at the docks, the vegetable salesman, the smithys place and even the old guardsmans house with the small garden in front of his house. The temple can be seen in the southwest corner of the village with the graveyard next to it.
